Randy Grimes is the author of OFF CENTERx, a 10-year veteran of the NFL, and an addictions counselor who was formerly addicted to alcohol and opioids. Provocative and dynamic, he engages audiences—from students to athletes to professionals to community members—at a highly personal level, changing widely held misperceptions, while exploring subjects that continue to challenge all of us. Randy shares his personal story with humility and honesty, transforming it into a powerful message with a focus on prevention, intervention and treatment for substance use disorders and other health challenges.

Sex Trafficking Investigator

Chad is a law enforcement officer who often works in an undercover capacity for various local, state, federal, and international agencies to investigate sex trafficking, commercial sex, and crimes against children in the U.S. and abroad. When Chad is not working or traveling internationally, he offers highly impactful presentations to audiences, ranging from local to international events. He presents at local, state, national, and international conferences, summits, workshops, human trafficking advocacy organizations, schools, hospitals, and more. Chad empowers others—from both private and professional sectors—with the knowledge and tools necessary to recognize the signs of sex trafficking and navigate the reporting process in such a way to maximize the preservation of evidence for a future conviction.

Traci Buckner, B.A.,M.Ed
Founding Instructional Leader of the National Inventors Hall of Fame School

A distinguished educational leader and author, Traci Buckner is executive director at Akron Children’s Museum, a vibrant, interactive space located in the heart of downtown Akron designed for children to learn through play.

Buckner joined Akron Children’s Museum after 18 years of service in the Akron Public School system and most recently as program officer at GAR Foundation, the largest private charitable foundation in Akron, Ohio where she worked to advance the foundation’s strategic funding priorities through grant-making and convening. She is the founding instructional leader of the National Inventors Hall of Fame School…Center for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Learning and most recently served as Director of Specialty Programs where she led the district’s efforts to expand STEM best practices throughout Akron Public schools and to develop and direct innovation efforts in the district’s non-traditional schools. She also co-authored the book STEM Leadership, a guide on creating a STEM culture in a school or district.

Ret. Sgt. Kevin Simmers, Founder of Brooke's House and a Grieving Dad with a Dream

“We can’t arrest our way out of a disease.” 

Kevin Simmers spent years locking up drug dealers and ‘addicts’ in Western Maryland. But when the opioid crisis found its way into his own home, the veteran police officer learned that everything he knew about drugs — and addiction — was wrong.

When Kevin’s beloved daughter died of a heroin overdose, he kept a promise to her: to help others who had become addicted to drugs and build a transitional living home for women who trying to stay clean. He fulfilled that promise. Brooke’s House opened in 2019.

Kevin now dedicates his time toward Brooke’s House and speaking all over the country at conferences and events, sharing his story to remove the stigma surrounding substance abuse. 

Lisa Vetter, Author, Founder of Tour de force Speakers

Lisa Vetter, a published author and marketing & brand marketing executive, left the non-profit and corporate world in 2015 to launch a social justice-driven speakers’ bureau.  The speakers she represents are remarkable individuals who have aligned their experience and expertise with their passion. They refuse to silence or be silenced. These speakers are in a league of their own and are committed to the work they do in the world. Tour de force is privileged to represent such amazing advocates and educators who continue to inspire others, lead social change, promote equality, advance causes, encourage activism, and make shared values come to life. 

Throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, Lisa used her skills to assist individuals and organizations rebrand themselves by creating new websites, collateral materials, templates, etc. This work has led to two new divisions within Tour de force Speakers: Tour de force Websites and Tour de force Branding.

Ken Daniels, Play by Play Announcer for the Detroit Red Wings and Recovery Advocate

Ken Daniels is a Canadian-born broadcaster who is the play-by-play announcer for the Detroit Red Wings of the National Hockey League, now in his 25th season.

Prior to joining the Red Wings, he was best known as a broadcaster with CBC Sports. In 2016, Ken tragically lost his son to addiction and has since become the leading voice against predatory practices in the addiction treatment industry. Ken Daniels is a father-turned-activist who educates others on patient brokering strategies that have targeted some people seeking addiction treatment. Once you’ve heard the heartbreaking story of how he lost his son to addiction, you will understand why he is so passionate about saving others from what he calls, “predatory practices.”

If you don’t see your preferred speaker listed, we do all the coordination and negotiation for you, free of charge. We have relationships with numerous national speakers’ bureaus and can secure just about any speaker you’re interested in. There will be no more worrying about doing business with people you do not know.

We represent a select handful of outstanding keynote speakers, workshop facilitators, and session speakers who cover a variety of topics within your budget. Every speaker we represent is aligned with our mission at Tour de force Speakers, which is: the message is always more important than the money. 

We understand budget challenges. We also understand how important it is for you to have a successful event. We will do everything in our power to secure the speaker you want within your budget.

Many of our presenters also offer corporate training, interactive workshops and custom-tailored consulting programs that create lasting change with visible results.
